If the download file does not open or download, take screenshots and send them to us. We will process a refund.

IMPORTANT:

Before printing, check the print settings in the program you will use. Ensure the print settings match the purchased dimensions, e.g., (40 cm x 60 cm, at 300 dpi). 

If someone else prints it, make sure they verify the settings before printing.
